What can you put in your blue recycling bins?

Curbside recycling is coming if you live in the city of Bakersfield. Last year, city leaders voted to add it for free and those blue bins are on their way.

another container to sit out on crub for 2 weeks instead of 1. Would like to see some kind of enforcement to make people put them by or in garage. A handicap person can't use the sidewalk. They aren't real pretty sitting out on walks either
