1  Square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate

1/2  Teaspoon of almond extract (divided)

1  Jar maraschino cherries - drained

1  Ounce package of cream cheese (softened)

1  Cup cold water

First you take a block of unsweetened chocolate and put it in a saucepan with half-a-cup of sweetened condensed milk, and stir over medium heat until smooth.

Then pour that into your precooked pie shell.

Next, put a softened block of cream cheese in a lg mixing bowl, beat while adding in a cup of cold water and the rest of your sweetened condensed milk.

Then add a box of instant vanilla pudding, mix.

Then whip up a cup of whipping cream, and fold that in.

Then add in a jar of chopped maraschino cherries, drained.

Finally, spread the mixture on top of the chocolate in the pie shell.

Put in the fridge, and chill for at least 4 hours.
