VEGETABLE BARS
Ingredients:
2 cans (8 count each) refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
3/4 cup green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup green onion, sliced and chopped
3/4 cup tomato, diced
3/4 cup broccoli, chopped
3/4 cup carrots, sliced
3/4 cup cauliflower, sliced
Instructions:
Cover bottom of 11x17-inch baking pan (jelly roll pan) with sheets of crescent roll dough, patting to fit. Bake at 350° F oven for 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown.
In mixing bowl, combine Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Spread over crust in pan. Combine vegetables, tossing to mix and then distribute evenly over ranch mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and push veggies into cheese. Refrigerate covered for 3 to 4 hours. Cut into bars.
