A local mother and cancer survivor who's back on her feet, now needs help to get back on the street.

Jeanna Ferguson lost her independence when Kern County Sheriff's Deputies say a convicted felon stole her car.

Even though she got it back, it's unfit to drive.

I know I"m going to get bashed for this, But don't these people have insurance???? It's suppost to be the law.
