I just read about a new lost pet recovery service that does not use a chip. Instead they use traceable collars and you can trace your own pets online! But I cannot find the article now. Does anyone know about it? It was called dog reward or pet reward or something that had the word reward in it. I've been trying to find it ever since I read the article and I cannot find it!

same thing happened to me! i dont neccassary believe its a fault in the chip reader but something to do with the shelter. i called and called and went in daily and happend to find my dog a month later and 500$ later the day before he was to be adopted out. once they found out he was mine they tacked on all these charges.... and whats sad is that he was originally bought from the pound as a pup!!
