You have to love the little cloistered republican world we live in here in Paradise, Bakersfield. Soon the anti-Obama Teabaggers party will hold a conference in our little republican run city to continue the onslaught to remove the n***er from the White house, that is likely to be the them of this White Peoples love fest sponsored by local republican movers and shakers. The list of Teabaggers in business suits is impressive as it the local promotion by every television station in Bakersfield and the Californian. It is not likely that anything will get accomplished except for the usual Obama bashing and reinforcing of the republican no policy to be continued at least until 2012 when republican will again wheel out their new white hope to face Obama. Republicans at the conference will be as bombastic as usual in encouraging the vast republican ignoramus majority in Kern County to work hard and return the n***er dressed in a jockey outfit back to Foxnewz Brit Hume’s Virginia plantations front lawn. Few thing are predictable, however the prominence of Killer Ken Mettler, Christ clone Chad Vegas will be there along with 95% of the City Council and Board of Supervisors plus Ed Jagels and Donnie for protection. Dickie Cheney and Sarah Palin are sure to make waves and the twin Mormon attack of Glenn Beck and Mitt Romney are sure to do their Mutt and Jeff act which will be more entertaining than any Hollywood act the contract for the event. We are what we are, Teabaggers by day and Republicans by night, we love our one acre parcels that keep the ethnics at bay, and we love our mobile Education system that comes with wings to follow white flight to the suburbs. This guy Martin is a smart cookie; he knows a captive audience at $450 a pop and a sympathetic unquestioning media when he sees it, and his philosophy of Barnum’s “there is a sucker born every minute” is a template Bakersfield fits to a tee. Hello Mr. Tomono! Growing up in Delano I've heard of channel 17 news but since you have been on the team I am more familiar and very much a viewer of the "news at sunrise". This may sound crazy but you are the perfect wake up alarm in the morning:). You are a good looking man with intelligence:). Thank you

Kiyoshi Tomono, you are the greatest news reporter in Kern County. I really enjoy watching 17 News at Sunrise mainly because of you. You are an excellent reporter and present yourself very well. I hope you stay with KGET 17 for a long time.

I respect your approach to reporting/investigating news. Could you investigate whatever happened with the Alaska pipeline which was suppose to free US from foreign oil? I have family members in Alaska who pointed me to a Google Video: Lindsay Williams "The Energy Non-Crisis" Wow! What an eye-opener.
