A viewer wants to know why Kern County Animal Control doesn't respond to calls regarding reptiles.

He says he found rattlesnakes outside his home, but Animal Control won't respond.
According to Kim Rodriguez with Kern County Animal Control, the department isn't given necessary training to respond to reptiles.

However, Rodriguez says if it's an emergency the department will step in and do the best it can.

She says if there is a problem, you can always contact the State Department of Fish and Game.
