Lee contacted 17 News after noticing a misspelling on a sign in Boron.
The sign in is supposed to say "Barstow." Instead, it reads "Basrtow."
We contacted Jose Camarena with Caltrans. He says they are aware of the problem and are working to correct the misspelling. He adds the sign was prepared by a subcontractor.
Camarena doesn't know how long the sign has been misspelled.
