Susan contacted 17 News, wanting to know why the church bell hasn't been ringing at St. Francis Church in Bakersfield.
According to Judy Jacobs with St. Francis, no one noticed the clock hasn't been chiming.
Usually, the clock rings every hour.
Jacobs says the church has contacted the facility manager and is working to get the clock chime repaired.
