Barbara wants to know why there aren't any posted signs letting people know which lane they should be driving in to take the Garces Circle or Chester Avenue.
According to Assistant Public Works Director Brad Underwood, there are pavement markings in place to indicate how to exit off the circle onto Chester Avenue.
He adds street signs are also in place for the 30th Street and Golden State Avenue exits.
