Ed contacted 17 News. He wants to know why you can't shoot video of concerts at the Kern County Fair and who enforces it.
According to Jeannie Burton with the Kern County Fair, enforcement is done through the Kern County Sheriff's Department.
She says if Sheriff's deputies catch you they will confiscate what you have.
Burton says video is not permitted due to contract agreements.
