Juan wants to know what's being built in the Walmart Shopping Center on Gosford?
Darlene Mohlke from Castle and Cooke says they are currently working with a few tenants and trying finalize lease agreements on the building, but nothing has been finalized.
Also, the city of Bakersfield's Building Department says it's a 7,000 square foot building zoned for retail.
