A viewer wants to know when someone votes, does the elections department know who voted specifically, especially when voting is done at the polls?

According to Karen Rhea with the elections office, every vote is documented and maintained.  However, she says voting history is not the same thing as ballot secrecy.

Rhea says the department does not know how an individual votes, just how often.
