Lorie contacted 17 News, wanting to know if Delano police are continuing their search for the man responsible for a deadly hit and run three years ago.
According to Sgt. Pete Lopez, the case is still open. He says the suspect, Pedro Sanchez, is still on the run.
Lopez says his department investigated a possible lead last year, matching Sanchez's description, but it came up short.
